E-Linc stands for Equipping through listening, interacting, nurturing and challenging.

As part of our training here at MTC, Laura and I had to choose one of the staff couples here on campus to mentor and spend time with us on a one-on-one level through our two years of training. We asked Patrick and Luann Brown to be our advisers and they said yes! We meet together on a regular basis to challenge and encourage one another in our walk. They are an incredibly godly couple who have so much wisdom to share with us about their years of walking in faith. Pray for them and us as we walk together through these two years of training and learn as much as we can from one another.
